What People Say
I just wanted to say that the lifeguard who assisted us on Thursday- Elliot- was so helpful and friendly. He really went out of his way to introduce himself to the student in the wheelchair also and try to make him comfortable and relaxed in the hoist. It was so thoughtful of him. We did thank him, but please do mention it to him if you get a chance! Thanks so much

Elliot is a very focused and highly likeable individual. I have first hand experience of working alongside him in the Arts (music) in which he excelled and was one of the best in the group having just walked away with an Arts Silver Award endorsed by Arts Council England.Never in my years of working with young people have i been so surprised at the amount of effort and dedication Elliot puts into everything he does going above and beyond expectation time and time again. His stage presence is unmissable and style of music heartfelt and endearing to even the coldest of hearts. a man of many talents including writing, composing and performance. He is a great asset in the warmest possible sense and I look forward to working with him again.

“Gnomic, cryptic, with turns of phrase that are startling and capable of disarming the mind and placing it on a previously hidden plateau glimpsing vastness. A private universe veiled by a secret code the rules of which are simple but nonetheless render that world nebulous and impenetrable, however it's exterior is so aesthetically pleasing the nature and structure of it's innerness is not such an issue. Like not knowing what a skeleton is, or how it came about to appreciate the beauty of a human being ...Will keep reading ...”

“A really fascinating mix of different images, with very creative ways of describing certain feelings or people. I think I understand some of what you're trying to communicate in the poem, but I know there's lots more depth to it, so I'll look forward to hearing more about its message” December ‘21 (Writing about holding hands in heaven) I think that's your best congregational song so far! The tune and rhythm are excellent, and the rhyming and metre work really well, not to mention great words! I think this may become one of those songs that you keep returning to. I have a Christmas carol I wrote that I then worked on maybe three or four times over a space of ten years, until I'm really pleased with it. Apparently that was also how Stuart Townend wrote "In Christ Alone". Great work!

... The younger guy in light blue (Elliot)- 5yrs ago he was massively different. Since he started walking on a journey with Jesus he’s been on such a beautiful journey of healing in his mind and more. I’ve witnessed an undeniable change in him for the better. He’s also got a legit good heart and cares about people. I honestly really respect the dude.
