Grief

According to modern research ‘grief’ is framed as the gap between our unconscious expectations and reality. When our old way of doing things disappears, and we no longer find choosing the path we used to take an option. Left unchecked, a person’s mind, will, emotions, and their actions can become unmatched.

Essentially this summarises being human. This condition is passed down through the weight of Adam according to the Bible, passed over and over through generational trauma. And so is it also completely normal.

Why does it feel so wrong when our soul is spread thin?
